Actually good value if you accept the tatami style bedding. Only problem is that going out of the room to the shared toilets and showers can be freezing as the common areas are not yeated. Hotel looks old. But it was in the centre of Ina, and had good free parking. Room we got for 5 pax was relatively cheap.

I found the staff Ms. Mia was a very personable lady and she helped us with our stay as much as possible. So that is what made it more bearable. Property is not the best though cold at night and we could not figure out the heater left by our door since instructions were in Japanese.

特に努力を重ねているホテルとは思いませんが、不快になる要素も特になく必要があれば次回も利用したいと思います。唯一、好感を持ったのは翌朝チェックアウト前に挨拶を交わした女性従業員で、初めはホテルの女将かと思いましたが、清掃を担当されていました。小雨が降っていたので、傘を貸してくださり、真心のある応対が気持ち良かったです。おそらくホテルの教育ではなく、本人の資質ではないかと推測します。これら総合して評価するならば、普通、もしくはやや良好となります。
