I really like this hotel but I have a few complaints: 1. The elevator situation is horrific. I timed it and it takes at least 5 minutes to get from my room to the ultimate lobby. And vice versa. This is painful 2. The HVAC situation is equally painful. At first, the room was nearly 30 deg C with no ability to impact the temperature other than a very odd upper window that could be actuated. This then makes the room frigid. I don't understand why the room temperature cannot be controlled other than this prehistoric method 3. Food costs are outrageous. So much so that my boss would not let me eat!
