Room was horrible!. We were put in a pet room and weren’t informed. There was liquid behind the beds, the water barely worked, we got locked out our room multiple times, the phone didn’t work. I’m still waiting to hear back from the General Manager!!. I want my money back!!. Don’t waste your money staying here!. My daughter has severe allergies so being put in a pet room without being informed was not ok!. Maybe I’ll get that phone call or email that I’ve been waiting for smh.

This property is easy to find with good highway access. We are from out of town. The front desk clerk was pleasant. However, the king bed room that we were given had a dirty toilet. There were also a few stains on the walls that needed to be cleaned off. We asked to be reassigned to another room that was slightly better. Overall, our stay was very average and I would not book this again when staying in Indianapolis.

BEWARE THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HONOR 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS. I booked a king room, arrived onto the property and was told they do NOT honor 3rd party booking. They had sold my room after i had booked. I was "upgraded" to a double queen room. If i had wanted a double queen i would have booked a double queen.
