Morning staff wasn’t real concerned on why there wasn’t any hot water for the 2 days we stayed. We took cold showers for 2 days

Gary I am very sorry that you felt the staff wasn't concerned about your issue. I have addressed this with our staff. We have addressed the hot water issue and it is fixed and I am so sorry that you experienced a cold shower. That is absolutely not acceptable and I do apologize.

I have stayed here several times as my mother lives locally. The only issue was the construction site was pouring concrete and left very little room for us to exit the access road...not your issue, but theirs. Loved the coffee available any time!!
