Only one staff person was professional. Bathroom had no exhaust fan and carpets in rooms and hotel halls extremely dirty. Hotel needs upgrades

Location downtown, easy walk to Lucas Oil. Their COVID resrtictions for breakfast was just over the top, you couldn't even pour your own coffee, you had to ask for a brown bag from a very limited menu and they were out of lot of items. The response is we put our orders in on Saturday, How stupid is that. You couldn't even bring a breakfast back to you room for your wife. NO, she has to come and get it. Please explain the science and data on that, when the opposite is true.

The hotel is in a good location. Lots of restaurants in the area. Walking distance to sporting events. The parking was expensive.

It was nice. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that there wasn’t an actual parking garage where I could park my car. It usually stayed out in front of the hotel since most of the valet drivers didn’t know how to drive stick.
