Derrick at the front desk was fantastic and really made everything work smoothly. I called for late check in and then he remembered me when I arrived. He was polite, friendly and efficient. I was so impressed!

Honestly the staff was so pleasant! Unfortunately my experience was terrible. I had suite 128 - The room was Filthy the couch had a dried white substance that did no appear to have been wiped. The draft from the door was unmanageable being there was a fire place we could have made it warmer but that was not in working order as well (flue inoperable) The heat did not work appropriately had it at 70 to start and turned it gradually to 80 my grandson still shivering. Only resolution to stay in bedroom area defeating the purpose of having a suite. Then the beds rock hard. Literally I would compare this stay to the waterfront. That's as bad as it gets

I was charged at check in another $131! My mother had paid for the hotel reservation December 9th on her credit card. So far the hotel has not contacted me back regarding paying double.

The property desperately needs updating. The hideaway bed is old and very uncomfortable. They ran out of roll away beds, so we had to have one of our kids sleep in our bed. The room smelled like smoke and the ceiling in the bathroom was half plastered and a mess. We asked for a new room with 2 double beds and they moved us without an upcharge, which was nice. It the new room didn’t have working A/C in the bedroom. The main room had a replacement unit sitting on the floor and was very loud. We didn’t get our room serviced one of the days. The elevator didn’t work and the outside security door didn’t ever fully lock. We will not be staying here again!
