This was the most disgusting place i've ever stayed. The staff was amazing but the facility itself was looked like something from out of a drug deal gone wrong movie. It was incomprehensible. It's an absolute travesty that Quality Inn would rent rooms to guests in this condition. I will NEVER use this chain again. If this is indicative of the quality you can expect from this motel, I choose the back seat of my car to sleep.

This Quality Inn Hotel if one can call it that, located at 9251 Wesleyan in Indianapolis was worst we'd ever stayed in. Its late all hotels are booked and your stuck. Dirty, smoked in room, moldy, smoke detector ripped off the wall, loiterers outside. Not a safe place to be. Disappointed inTravelocity that they even list this place. Touche' Quality you got me, we walked from a second night. Take the ninety five and buy some dry ceiling tiles. This place needs a visit from the Fire Marshall, and Health Inspector. What was I happy with? That the wheels were still on the car.

The room was filthy! People came into the room next to us at 1:30 a.m. and fought all night, yelling and throwing things. We got 2 hours of sleep. We will never stay there again. My husband has to throw away socks after walking on the filthy floor.

As soon as you walk up to the hotel it has a strong stench of marijuana. Half the hotels rooms doora were beaten, had holes, or door knobs missing. Some rooms had broken or cracked windows. Elevator was broken. All the carpeting i the hotel were dirty and stained everywhere. Front desk was very unprofessional. Hallways were dirty, dark and carpet was stained in many places. My room had many stains, dorty doors and table/desk tops. Looked under the bed and there was teash and food. Paint was perling off walls and the sink. Sink was clogged. Shower was dirty. I had to clean down everything before i cpuld even sit in the room. Room smelled musty as well.

We had to have our room changed 3 times. And the 3rd room hadn’t been swept or mopped. There was a pill on the floor. The first room had a smoke detector that chirped, the second room had an unmade bed. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with this stay.

I hate complaining. But once I opened that door it smelt so bad in that room. Smelt like dirty wet dog mixed with dirty feet. I didn’t even want to pull the covers down on the bed because I felt so grossed out. And paid almost $200 for the weekend for such a dirty room. When the air is on, it made everything in the room build up in moisture. Bed felt wet, floors felt like I was stepping on pee. Will never go back.
