There was no elevator. If we would have know that we would have requested a room on the 1st floor. The stairs is difficult for my health condition. The facility was very clean.

We require all guests to have a CC on file for incidentals and so do most hotels.

Ok, so pulling in to this property, my kids said, "Are you sure this is the right place? It doesn't even look like it's in business." That's how rundown the outside was. Next, we're on our first night of an 8-day trip, so our bags were loaded and we got a 2nd floor room with no elevator. The room was ok. Nothing really to complain or rave about. The breakfast was pretty pointless. They might as well call it refreshments or just drinks. We ended up grabbing food on the road. Overall, we were there for less than 12 hours from check in to check out (including a couple hours spent out to dinner), so I wouldn't recommend for any real stay, but it wasn't horrible for us.

Nice place, great price, close to Indianapolis!

Pros: Affordable, clean, and close to downtown.
Cons: The exhaust fan in my rooms bathroom was in need of repair or replacement as it was very loud when running, but apart from that no issues.
Location: Close to downtown, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Lucas Oil Stadium, the Zoo, White River Park, etc.
I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times for events at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and other activities in Indianapolis, and have never had a bad visit. The hotel is quite a deal for the price,it is clean, the staff are always nice, plenty of dining options close by, and only 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. If you are expecting a 5 star experience, it isn't for you, but if you want a clean, nice place to stay while in town for something, this place is a bargain.

Affordable and close to downtown.

Pros: Again, for being a value hotel it is clean and well maintained, so when I am traveling to Indianapolis they are my preferred destination due to value/
Cons: I have had no issues in my many stays at this location.
Location: I stay for events at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, but it is close enough to downtown for any Indy-based event.
I have stayed at this location many times, and never have had an issue. The hotel is only 10 minutes from downtown, is clean and well kept for being a value type hotel, along with having nice staff, really nothing to complain about.

Close to the Speedway

Booked rooms in Indiana Very disappointed in the hotel. The rooms were NOTHING like the pictures. Hotel staff was not friendly at all. Moved the chair towards the tv, and the leg fell off. Tub looked like they either took off molding that used to be there, or there was flooding. Bathroom ceiling above tub was disgusting. Do not stay here, unless you just want to waste your money. Lastly, when I booked the rooms, they NEVER told me about the $75.00 deposit. Overall rating. ..TERRIBLE

Thank your comments. We were not aware of the problem with the chair or it would have been repaired. We are sorry for the condition of the bathroom and all of the reservations centers are aware of the deposit. We do hope that you will try us again, we try to be friendly to all of our guest.
