Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst zuvorkommende Personal, das mit seiner Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltete. Von der Rezeption bis zum Servicepersonal fühlten wir uns stets willkommen und gut betreut. Auch die Einrichtung des Hotels verdient besondere Erwähnung. Jedes Detail, von der Lobby bis zu den Zimmern, zeugt von hoher Qualität und sorgt für eine stilvolle und komfortable Atmosphäre. Das Hotel verbindet modernes Design mit Gemütlichkeit, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Excellent hotel.
As an American, their English was excellent. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. The view of the Alps from our balcony was beautiful. Part of the Chistmas market was right outside the hotel and the main market was 75 yards.

Beautiful view of the mountains from our window. Staff was helpful and very nice. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel location was perfect! What we didn't like: Noise in the middle of the night from people outside our closed windows. Shower temperature too cool and very inconsistent.
