First I would like to say, The property was very quaint and well groomed. My family had an amazing time up until the last 10 minutes of our stay.
We were getting ready to leave and a gentleman comes briskly walking over shaking his head, huffing and puffing. I ignored it at first thinking he was just having a bad morning but then as I’m getting in my car to pull up he walks by my window talking about the grass and a corner of the walk way coming apart (which was broken before we got there because my nephew happened to trip over it when we first got there). Long story short, he was complaining that we pulled up on the lawn in front of our cabin then accused me of making the side walk worst off then it was. The way the cottages are set up are a little awkward. You have to pull down a small walk way to unload your stuff then go back to the main entrance to park, which is a little bit of a distance when you are unloading and loading your whole car for a 3 day stay. I was t aware that we couldn’t pull up to our cabin as no one said anything the first time I did it. There were no signs stating you couldn’t pull in to turn around because the walk way is so narrow and long it’s kind of impossible to back up without hitting someone or a cabin. He then followed me back to the office were he continued to insult me and degrade me until his wife walked in (who was amazing and accommodating our whole stay). I never leave bad reviews and but this one hurt enough for me to write this.

We have been avoiding putting too many signs up here at Perry's in an effort to keep the property looking nice and welcoming. I try to mention all the "rules" at check in, but clearly forgot this time. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

It met my needs for a quick sleep over passing thru but a couple issues i dealt with was the shower control misread the hot and cold setting it took me awhile to figure I had to set to cold to get hot I first thought there was no hot water but found hot water in lavatory so it had to be the shower faucet.. . also the cold water supply was shut off to lavatory cause the cold water knob leaked/dripped if you leave the supply shutoff on this is not something the average costumer would know . I figured it out since I just happen to be a plumber/ heat tech by trade so I turned it on but the cold faucet seats should be replaced.. it was comfortable and quiet and worked find for a night sleep over and I liked the location..

Cons:We had to pay 25 bucks for a late check out. Most of the staff does not speak English, including the check in clerk.
Location:North Conway, NH is very nice.
Just basic beds...beds OK...could use a spruce up..I'd return..walls very thin, could hear the neighbors
