Front desk employee wasn’t very helpful with our check in. We we weren’t able to check in because of her. Really disappointed with the hotel. I am pretty sure we aren’t coming back.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent with a sofa bed and television for my son and a separate bedroom with another television for my husband and me. We appreciated all the amenities in the room. Breakfast included enough options to make it a great start to our day. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. We were not informed that breakfast ended at 9am on weekdays though, we were lucky we made it in time. The kitchen staff was kind of rude about people trying to get last minute food. A man was cooking his waffle and one lady kept persisting he leave the food area while it was cooking.

Would stay again and again!!

Room was big! You can watch your Netfilx from their tv!! Loved that it had a full kitchen with a full fridge/stove/dishwasher! Though it was just my husband and I, we definitely want to come back with our kids and get the 2 bedroom suite.. Very nice, modern style, quiet. Would recommend to families and quick getaways! Couple miles from the beach..

Worst Feature: Too Noisy

Cons: Noisy, room to hot
I would have rated this hotel a five except that I found it to be too noisy. The staff were very friendly. The room setup was great and had everything that I needed and then some. The bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was average hotel food. The room was way too hot. I am usually cold, but not in this room. I guess they had switched on the heat and there was no way to cool off the room other than turn the thermostat off and open the windows. I did both, but the room never cooled down. By opening the windows, I was now privy to both every casual conversation and loud yaking and laughing in the garden by the poolside and from every other room that had their windows open. My room faced the pool. Perhaps a room that faced the front of the hotel would have been a better choice. Oh yah, the fire alarm went off at 515 a.m. and kept sounding for 30 minutes, apparently a false alarm,but it sure messed up my sleep!
