Room not ready for check in, even an hour later, "short staff", 1/2 of room outlets didn't work, bathroom rusty n small, mattress sagging in middle (poor sleeping).

Don’t expect to be in your room on time. We weren’t the only ones lots of people we talked to their check in was awful.

The property exceeded expectations, only negative was kids at the pool. Not the properties fault, rather the parents that let the kids run wild without respect to other guests.

Beautiful property!! Loved the grounds. Bathroom a little small, floor dirty. Night stand electrical outlet broken, sketchy. Ciao Hound was really good food, but small portions & big prices. Slight bummers, but nothing to deter a 2nd stay really. Grounds & pool just too awesome

The property and views were great. Unfortunately the room booked they didn’t have and had to settle for a lesser room to get an ocean balcony. There was no housekeeping all week so we had get additional towels ourselves. The ice machines didn’t work, the gutters banged on the roof from the wind both day and night. Overall the staff was in no hurry and seemed in slow motion especially in food delivery. I expected more out of a nice resort. It was my first trip to Florida and it could have been much better.

The property…. Pool, beach and marina were very nice. We were, however, disappointed in our room…. I would consider the rooms to be 2 star at a 4 star price.

After having to argue with a manager, we had to stay in the substandard room for a night before being moved the next day. New room had air conditioner problems that leaked water, dripping into a waste basket that we had put under it. This dripping kept us awake for a full night. Although resort fees were waived for the first problem, nothing was offered in response to the air conditioner issue. No room cleaning in 4 days stay... unsatisfactory. For almost $500 a night, I expected MUCH more.
