An excellent hotel with five stars. Very clean rooms. We stayed for 7 days and it worth every penny that we paid for. I will recommend for anyone who would visit Istanbul. It is near the Ataturk Airport even though that airport is not functioning right now. There is Starbucks underneath the hotel, and a nice restaurant nearby.

This hotel is very beautiful, but is far from a lot of things. Especially if you are going to be in the tourist area alot, I would recommend you stay around fatih street, or anywhere close to the blue mosque. If you don’t taking taxi everywhere, is a great hotel. The service over there was amazing, they are very nice and patient. They have shuttles that take you to the mall and other areas.

after I checked in and specified at the reception that I wanted a non-smoking room, when I entered the room, it smelled terribly of cigarettes, there was dust everywhere, there was dirt and there were only fingerprints everywhere,everything was unpleasant, I asked for an extra bed which came after 4 hours, it was very late when they brought it and they told me that they couldn't bring it because I wasn't in the room.. at the restaurant after who brought my food, I asked him to fry my meat a little more, I was completely surprised when he gave my order to another lady, later the waiter came to take the food from that lady in front of her after she had already eaten it and put it to me in front😳 was the first and last time I will go to that hotel
