This hotel is nice and has good rooms. However, the phone didn't work in my room, and neither TV worked in either of the 2 rooms we booked. The wifi also didn't work at night for some reason. There was a buzzing noise in my room which made it hard to sleep, which I couldn't figure out the source of and which the hotel did not look into after I asked the first day. On the second night I was more insistent on something being done, and finally we realized that the noise stops only if you completely shut off the electricity for the room (by taking the key card out of the slot). So no noise, but no heat either.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: I liked the breakfast and the friendly atmosphere.
Cons: Better instruction on how to get to the hotel from the rail way.
Location: Tours and famous sights are readily accessible from the hotel. The rail system is about a mile walk.
Staff was always available and ready to help. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were small but clean and totally adequate. Hotel was difficult to find. It was located about 3/4 mile from the Blue Mosque and other famous sights. Readily available to numerous restaurants and shops. Tour guides would come to the hotel to pick us up for the various tours.

Do not even think about staying in this "hotel".

Rooms were no bigger than a matchbox. Had to walk up 4 flights of circular steps with NO handrail. (There is NO elevator). The pictures are NOT representative of the actual rooms. There is no way this could be considered "premium class".

situated in the most convenient place in Istanbu

Pros: very charming, clean, quite close to the blue mosque and ever museum
Everybody was helpful, nice, the atmosphere was quite friendly, very clean. They were excellent with my child. The best charming, small, local owned I have ever stayed in. Full recommendaiton
