The staff at the hotel was excellent. Attentive, kind and professional. They made my stay great!! The ultimate was the surprise cakes by Ali. I was surprised with a serenade and a cake at a seafood restaurant. I was also surprised by the staff with another cake the following day. It was EPIC!!!

Awesome Hotel really close to everything

Pros: The staff, the breakfast and the room: everything
Its behind the best places of Istanbul, the public transportation is close, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing

Very nice hotel, staff, facilities and location

Pros: Location is convenient. Hotel has nice clean rooms. Breakfast is good. They are very courteous and ready to help.
Cons: May be linens could be different material. (But ones that are there are good too)
Location: Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Sultan Palace, Grand Bazar, Tram line are all walkable from this place. Street has large number of good restaurants.
We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2015. They send us advanced email if we wanted transport from airport at a reasonable rate which we used and it was timely and efficient. We were greeted very nicely and staff explained us about the hotel and facilities. They provided us with information about the city and how to navigate it etc. Also were ready to arrange tours for us, which we did not take with them.
