We booked a visiting speaker for one night and prepaid on Travelocity. When our guest arrived, he was asked for his credit card, and on checking out, was charged. He later asked for and got a refund. Seems like inattentive management to us.

Thin walls, could hear neighbors conversations/TV and toilets flushing The garden grille had great breakfast options and the staff are awesome, especially Jazzmyne!

Fantastic and convenient location. 5 minute walk to the State Theater and numerous restaurants. If you're seeing a show in downtown Ithaca this is the place to stay. Super clean rooms with great views of the city. Staff very friendly and attentive. No exhaust fan in the bathroom was my only very minor complaint.
