Our vacation home is a deluxe two bedroom/two bath split floor plan on the 1st floor of building B at The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. Both bedrooms open to private patios with gorgeous views of the ocean. Perfect for families and couples! This is the most desired floorplan and location on the property.
Being on the first floor and ocean front is the best way to spend your vacation. Access to the beach and pools is just a walk out of the sliding doors . Both bedrooms have private patios with sliding doors .

Our home sleeps up to six .The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new sealy posturepedic mattress. Sliding doors lead out to a private patio. The guest room has twin beds and a sliding door to another private patio. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. This deluxe floor plan splits the bedrooms offering privacy to both suites. The living room furniture is slipcovered to allow frequent laundering. All linens are frequently replaced. Our home is comfortable and relaxing with beautiful ocean views. The condo is fully furnished and updated.

We supply beach chairs, towels, and a few toys for your use.

Children love playing on the thick green grass while you enjoy an afternoon drink on the patio. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials.

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on Summer Beach. It is a gated community with 4 lighted clay tennis courts and two newly renovated pools. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa resort is located a short walk from our property.

Wonderful restaurants and quaint shops make the historic town of Fernandina Beach a great place for dining and shopping. Fort Clinch, Cumberland Island, and St. Mary are nearby. If you play golf or tennis, you will have many venues to choose from. We have a tennis pro on site that is available for lessons or to help you schedule a match. This is a great tennis team get away location.

All Surf and Racquet condos are individually owned and maintained. We prefer to manage our own property to offer you the best service and value. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards in cleanliness. This is our vacation home as well as a rental for others. We try to offer everything that we would want in a vacation rental.
