This beautifully decorated home features the popular reverse floor plan with the main living areas on the top floor for views of the Atlantic Ocean. The front porch features large wooden rockers for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Amenities include central air/heat, 5 flat screen color cable TV's with expanded cable service (1 which is a 42" flat screen in the living room), 5 dvd players, internet access - wireless, stereo system in living room, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, phone, hot/cold outside shower, carport, 2 covered porches with outdoor/deck furniture and 2 sundecks/balconies off of 4 bedrooms.

1st Floor: North side back bedroom (2 Twins), South side back bedroom (2 Twins)
Top Floor: Back Bedroom (Queen)

This home has easy direct beach access (to the right of house #214 S. Shore Drive) and is located on a quiet street.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

This vacation home is located approximately 1 block south of Surf City traffic light right in the heart of Surf City in the central part of Topsail Island. Walk or bike to shops, restaurants, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island’s past.

Perfect location
This house was a perfect get away for our families. Its location is perfect for the beach as well as accessibility to ice cream shops and restaurants. We were able to walk comfortably to both areas. Very happy we got this chance to enjoy the island in such a perfect location. One week didn't feel long enough.
