Fire alarm kept going off during a thunderstorm and there was nothing they could do about it. Unable to swim in the pool. Supposedly needed a part. The room was very clean and comfortable. Transportation was readily available. Nice cordial driver.

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback!We were indeed waiting for a part for our pump. Without this piece, we could not guarantee the proper sanitation of the water which required the pool to remain closed for the safety of our guests. The pump has since been repaired and the pool reopened.

The staff sent a shuttle to retrieve me from the airport upon my arrival. My room was already waiting for me. The staff had a number of suggestions on activities to partake. They made me aware of the hotel dining options as well. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The night was quite and restful. I used uber to get around, but there was more than ample free parking at the hotel.
