Wasnt providing information upon checkin as to where pool, pet or laundry etc. areas were located. Hallway was obstructed by a pallet of boxes that blocked elevators and hall. The room was filthy with pet hair, human nail clippings and food particles on stove & counters. Called front desk, waited 1 hr still nonody came to clean the room, went to the desk and was told they were busy and would get to it soon. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal & granola bars. No milk, fruit or juice for the children. The worst establishment I have ever stayed in.

I stayed in this hotel Sunday 12/30- Tuesday 1/1 My reservation was made through a 3rd Party and didn’t show in your system and the front desk clerk was extremely rude at check in when my reservation didn’t show in your system. She just said well your reservation isn’t here it’s probably at the one down street. We went to that location and our reservation wasn’t there. In calling our 3rd party the reservation was sorted out and corrected. This hotel elevator smells absolutely horrid like rotten trash and stinky food. On the 3rd floor trash sat from Sunday evening until late Monday afternoon giving off a terrible odor. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and when leaving our room the hallway smelled like we were in a bar from the smoke odor. There is mold at the bottom seam of tub stall from insufficient cleaning. We have stayed at other extended stay hotels and not had trouble or issues but this was gross!! Please clean your hotel and deodorize properly.

Looks old and needs to be updated, Beds hard and pillows uncomfortable. Old in room air conditioner. Small room and tiny bathroom. I requested a bath for a handicapped person. did not get one. Breakfast was very poor--granola bars; instant grits and oatmeal; coffee; tiny muffins. No fruit, no juice, no milk.

Awful place!!! Disgusting!!

Very rude and not accommodating staff. Told me to wait two times while she went into the back room. I was very patient the whole time with this staff member. Customers should be their first priority.. not last. Very disappointed.. cockroach in the room.. had to switch rooms.. beds were very uncomfortable. Hair In The bed as well. Moved into another room. Not happy with that one either. Would definitely not reccomend this place to anyone.. they should be shutdown immediately. I’m surprised they haven’t already.

Terrible experience.

They should turn this hotel into a Three hour Motel. The elevator felt like it was falling apart . We only used it ones . Stairs felt safer. But the smell in the stairs will make you throw . Rug - nasty / a/c worked but was falling apart . Family and I did not sleep well at all. Would never consider staying in an extended stay ever again

Dirty rooms and no service

We were so disappointed in this hotel, we will neverer, ever stay again. SERIVICE: First, upon arrival, therere was no one at the front desk. We found the cleark on the property having a smoke and chatting up a guest. ROOM: The room was not well-cleaned, particularly the bathroom. We did not realize this until the next morning. But the worst is, there is NO MAID SERVICE unless you stay a week or longerer. You must get your own fresh towels at the front desk, and take out your own trash. The ironing board had no padding, the iron had rusty waterer and stained my work shirt. THe sofa bed had a stained mattress and was terrribly uncomfortable. Even my kids could not sleep on it (and they sleep anywhere). To add insult to injury, the vending machines are overpriced. This hotel is not as described, and we are trying to find a new hotel.
