This was the best stay I have had in Jacksonville in the past 3 years. The only thing needed would be shower chairs for the disabled that can’t stand up for a shower and can’t climb in and out of the bathtub.

Very friendly staff. And the room was just as advertised. Clean room and comfy bed for our 1 night stay. Very close to Mayo clinic, and they even provide a shuttle to take you there and back.

Was never told on check in that the public hot tub wasnt working. And, I paid extra for jacuzzi tub in room ...it did not work either. I callled the front desk she said I should have been told. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience but when i checked out the next morning I was issued a reciept that says Travelocity paid 26 dollars less using your corporate Mastercard than i paid you.The manager of the Holiday Inn was like...ooops, you were not supposed to see that.I did not get a refund because i used your website to book the room ...So not only did i get charged more for using your sevice, I received nothing back because of it. I will not be using your services moving forward
