The villas location was magnificent, our main concern was the bed in our villa was broken and when I called NO one ever called us back. Now for $680 per night the bed shouldn't be broken and someone should of visited our villa to address the issue

The staff was excellent. The villas property grounds were not very clean with dirty and unswept floors but the room was nice and clean!

Well, we paid for a 3 bedroom villa on the ocean with a ocean view and when we got there they could not accommodate us. We paid a higher price for the ocean and got put in the woods with no view and had to walk a good distance to even get to the beach. It was very disappointing and upsetting that i paid more and got less and they could not give me a discount because i booked through Travelocity. I feel like i got taken . My family and i were looking forward to being directly on the beach and watching the ocean and we got trees. And no one cared!!!! I will reconsider booking through Travelocity next time because if this happens again i wsnt to be accommodated monetarily if they can give me what i pay for!!!!! So upsetting 😡

Close to beach but our room was double booked and we didnt find out until we were on our way there. Had to stay in a different room than we booked and wasnt offered a discount. Floors in room were very dirty and so was the shower. We ended up using a wet swiffer on the floors twice ourselves to clean it. The swiffers were black when we were finished.

First Villa unit had a swell, some of the lights didn't work, front door paint was flecking off and pool was dirty. Second Villa unit was nice and clean. There were 2 adults and housekeeping left us 1 set of towels each for a 3 night stay. On 2nd night, when we returned to the unit, we had flying insects on our bed and lamp table. Maintenance did come right away to treat the unit for insects. All in all, we were not impressed, the rental rate, resort fees and dinning in the resort were overpriced.
