Worst experience in Jakarta

Rooms look nothing like the photos you see on the site. Suppose to be a Non-smoking room but, I could smell tobacco like if it was happening in my room awful smell not a place for a family that’s for sure. Topping off the low grade rooms they have already to make your stay just a bit more of a nightmare the rooms are loaded with mosquitoes as well. They say this hotel has a 4 star rating but with full honesty I’ve been 3 star hotels that are 10x better then this one. I travel to Jakarta often and this is one of my worst experiences I’ve yet to have. Save your money and find a better hotel! I wouldn’t ever suggest it to anyone to stay here at this hotel. Looks like it was is made for prostitution.

Fantastic hotel close to the airport!

We were incredibly impressed with FM7- perfect place to recoup & rejuvenate after a long flight. Very clean, comfortable & stylish room. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Loved the pool & gym. I enjoyed a great massage too. Beautiful hotel close to Jakarta airport- highly recommend!

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable but we had two issues with the room. Firstly, the entire room and especially the bathroom is very dark even in daytime. When you look into the bathroom mirror, everything on your face is dark except for your nose. Shaving is done by feel. The lighting really is quite bad. Secondly, with our room, the sink did not drain properly. Food in the hotel is also very nice, but you might be bitten by mosquitos even while you are dining indoors. The transfer to and from the airport is done quite well, however, CGK Terminal 3 is a good 30 minute drive from the hotel so if you want to get there quickly, take a taxi. The roads around the hotel can get really busy so it can feel like the driver is crossing a ploughed field to get there if he tries to take a detour to avoid traffic. I would probably look for a hotel much closer to the airport if I were to pass through this way again.
