The room smells like human urine. I told the desk and still waiting for a different room. I am disabled with a service dog. The shower and sink doesn’t drain properly.

The toilet only flushed when you hold the handle down the entire time. The shower head was a handheld with terrible water pressure. Very hard to regulate water temp. The pipes squealed loudly. The shower rod had been repaired in a rigged way. Grout in the tile was dirty.

Pleasantly Surprised

Location: 2 restaurants within walking distance.
We were pleasantly surprised after being on the road for several days and having a few bad experiences with a different national chain. Check in was pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. I would highly recommend.

Nice

Staff is very friendly, which makes almost everything better. Breakfast was very good and very clean. Tubs are a little to high in the handicapped rooms, makes it very difficult to get into if you have knee, foot or leg problems.

Old but nice

Pros: Staff was so friendly.
Cons: No complaints.
This s hotel is older but t very clean and a super friendly staff. Great for a overnight stop if traveling through.

Very nice for economy option

Pros: Cost. Location. Cleanliness. Comfort.
Cons: Odor upon entering room. May have been cleaning products, but consider changing to something more pleasant.
Location: Do not know; traveling through. Many shopping, dining facilities close-by that gave me everything I needed on a stop-over.
Very clean. Relatively quiet. Beds comfortable. Pillows comfortable.
