"My family and I drive to Virginia 4 to 5 times a year and we have to stay half way both on the way down and back due to having a baby with us. I really, really thought I found the perfect hotel, FINALLY. The room was so big, clean, the bed was awesome. The problem happened that when we stayed (just a few days after Thanksgiving), the person checking us in smoked outside a lot and we had to walk through the smoke (with the baby). The worst part, though, was that our vehicle was broken into. It wasn't a typical break in, though. Someone had a device that captured our truck's code when my OCD husband double locked it. I really truly hope it wasn't the person who checked us in as she was standing outside when we arrived within a few feet of us. I am not accusing, but someone was out there and it was freezing cold and close to 10pm when we arrived. Anyway, they took cash out of the console and stole my Macbook Pro, which I have never left in the car until this time. We didn't have enough hands to carry everything the baby needed and our stuff. I work from home and depend so much on that machine. With 8 kids (one of them just 8 months old), it's a devastating loss- my documents, everything. Anyway, the check in person said their cameras didn't go where our truck was parked. I now have such bad memories of this place that I don't think we will go back even though it was the best place we've stayed on our half-way trips."…""My family and I drive to Virginia 4 to 5 times a year and we have to stay half way both on the way down and back due to having a baby with us.
