When I walked in I couldn’t find anyone so I walked around before going back to the desk and yelled hello! Then the concierge came out of no where. The pool was outside and my kids wasn’t happy about that and there was no breakfast. When we got to the room and it was dingy and smelled like mold! We ended up leaving 20 mins later. And for the price it was definitely a fail!

I didn't like how the shower didn't work. I waited a long time to check in. No one was friendly, it seems as I was a bother when I came in to check in. The rooms were okay, I expected the rooms to be a little bit nicer for the money I paid for. Also, I was disappointed with the fitness room, pretty much all the machines in there weren't working.

Good/bad Good Comfortable bed Breakfast - scrambled eggs, pancakes, muffins, bagels Quiet, surprising as a lot of traffic right there Bad Heat/air conditioning didn’t work at room level. Lobby comfortable but can’t control temp in room. Slightly warm at night Needs an update Breakfast staff - not as responsive as rest of staff. See someone at door but finish cleaning table (in an almost empty dining area) before greet guests Bathtub - old, clean but looks disgusting Poor lighting - Room dark even with all 3 lights on. Light above sink isn’t enough for a man to shave Reception desk personnel not always visible when you approach desk. Sit to the right or left and sometimes it takes them a few seconds to greet guests 1 washer and dryer in hotel - not enough 1 working ice maker - why should I have to go upstairs for ice?

Smelly smoking hotel.

Every area of this hotel smells of cigarette smoke. We checked out after walking in the room. Hotel staff were happy for us to cancel reservation but billed us 2 days later. Thankfully travelocity helped us out with great service.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Travelocity, why associate with this horrid hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Travelocity, why associate with this horrid hotel. Broken beds, broken AC ( it actually wasn't broken they refused to turn it on ) I travel all over the country for work. Because of this terrible trip I am rethinking ever using Travelocity again. The hotel offered no compensation for the discomfort ( nothing, no discounts ) The last day we ordered a hotel shuttle. The shuttle was very late and had us very nervous about arriving to the airport on time. While waiting, the morning hostess didn't offer an alternative cab service she instead went outside to smoke mid conversation. Seriously? What type of services are you guys associating your business with? My company has spent major money with Travelocity in the past. However, after this Ill have to rethink funds and shift them elsewhere.

One star doesn' tell the story...

Cons: Nothing close, Noisy, Poor breakfast
My first room here had toilet issues. I was changed to another room where I could still hear the toilet next door. I turned on the heater and it wailed like an Irish banshee. The faucet in the bathtub leaked all night. The hamburger at the restaurant was big enough for 3 people... what a waste. People walked down the hallway all night speaking at the top of their lungs. You can't make this stuff up! Go elsewhere if you want a good night's sleep.

Unsafe Hotel

The price was quite high for 1 night $*** (includes all taxes etc). We walked into the room and it smelled like mold. The next day we dropped our luggage off into the car and went inside for 15-20 minutes for their continental breakfast. We came outside to find our car window SMASHED and my daughter's bag stolen!! While I DON'T blame the hotel for the people stole my daughter's bag I BLAME them for their uncaring, insensitive reaction to our plight. The manager was arrogant and nasty. She could have cared less! Neither did any of the desk staff. If I treated people like that at my job I would be FIRED immediately! DON""T go here!! What a lousy Mother's Day at the Quality Inn!
