The room served is purpose, a place to sleep. There was only 1 ice machine and vending machine and it wasn't where the staff said it was. Most floors had a storage room where the signs said the vending & ice were. A lot of stuff for the breakfast was out of order. The tub needed a good scrub around the overflow drain. In order to get hot water, you had to turn all the way to hot, then all the way to cold and it was still hot! There were no grips in the tub to prevent slipping & the tub was slick. Could barely turn on the water to wash hands, let alone get hot water or off that faucet. The remote for the tv barely worked, like maybe 3 buttons & only if you were right up on the tv. The beds were comfy enough to sleep although the alarm clock never worked. The charging ports next to the tv were intermittently working. The side table by the couch was very unstable. The fridge was nice and cold tho, maybe because there was no door on the freezer part.

I liked that the room was clean. The hallway smelled like smoke although the rooms were supposed to be non smoking rooms. That was my only issue, but then again I guess you can say it wasn't really an issue since I was walking into a clean room.

Our door wouldn’t lock properly unless you spent 10min maneuvering it. The staff just told us to jiggle it.

One night only!

For one night it was a place to put our heads! The mattress was uncomfortable, we were almost burned with the hot water in the shower because it was so, so hot. This was a handicap room and if someone was handicap they could be severely injured. Also, the cleaning staff waited outside our door for us to leave and it was not even close to check out.
