They kept $204 saying they didn’t except my debit card, I didn’t stay the two nights I had booked because I wouldn’t pay an additional 250$ due to having to use cash. I was there for my cousins funeral which was bad enough anyway.

I could never get television to work, told front desk person but they did not come to check. Found a pubic hair in tub when bending over to put stopper in, food crumbs behind one bed that was clearly visible and room did not have a blow dryer so I stayed up an extra hour to bend over room heater to dry my hair. Not a good experience at all

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Historic district, which was a plus. Room was clean, the mattresses were terrible, Toilet seats very uncomfortable. Hot water was hit and miss, mostly miss. The TV and Fridge were plugged into an outlet that could be turned off by a switch at the door, which we didn't find out until we went to turn off the lights. Limited breakfast options that are not prepackaged: French Toast sticks, dried sausage, and apple juice served in cups without lids. Pool area was generally OK. It didn't appear that it got cleaned regularly. There was a trashcan full of beer cans in plain sight. The heat in the pool area was apparently not working. Staff was generally friendly, although they seemed confused when we would ask a simple question. Parking lot was littered with cigarette butts, which doesn't make the place look very inviting. Because of the branding, maybe we expected a little more, and so overall, I don't know whether we would stay at this property again.
