We apologize that our pool is down for repairs. We do have an ice machine on the first floor across from the front desk and our soda machine is located on the second floor. We apologize that the desk staff was not available and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We do apologize for the dissatisfaction you had with your stay. Our seasonal pool is not heated thus we close it during the colder months. This information has been given to all travel websites but we have no control how the information is displayed on those sites. We have asked that they put this information in a prominent place so that guest will be made aware of the seasonal pool schedule. Again we do apologize.

I do apologize for the dissatisfaction you had with our property. The hot water is never shut off. As to why you had an issue with the hot water during specific times of the day is unclear but I can assure you that I will have maintenance look into the matter. Also if you had spoken with the desk staff I am sure they would have offered you another room if it was available. I apologize about the burned out lights, housekeeping should have notified maintenance about them. Again I will have the issue taken care of. In regards to the side doors they are suppose to be locked. I assure you I will find out why they were not locked and resolve the issue immediately. Again I do apologize.
