"There aren't many options near Grand Canyon, so I wasn't expecting much. The hotel was better than I expected. It's close to restaurants and the visitor center, and the amenities on site are quite good. The rooms are fairly spacious and quite comfortable."

I traveled with two other friends and one thing we did not expect is the high amount of children - seems like a great place to travel to as a family; for childless folks be prepared for lots of kids in the facilities, including pool & hot tub and arcade room."

"It was great to be in the park overnight. Lighting was minimal so you could see the stars at night. Even though the Lodge was at full capacity it did not feel crowded. It was nice to be there after the crowds left and before the park filled up. "
