Dirty. Sheets , the pool and hot tub broken, safety lock and bar broke on door. Not enough towels. Floors turned my white socks brown filthy

Neither the TV nor the phone in my room worked. And when I tried to turn on the heater it smelled like it was burning. When I called the hotel from my cell phone about the TV I was told she had a very busy desk and to call back later. The front desk worker when I checked in was very helpful though.

The hotel is right next to Cracker Barrel, and right off the expressway. The room was adequate. It was very much worth the low price, as the pool area was not the best. Overall, it was a great place to spend the night to rest our traveling bodies.

We choose Baymont inns because they generally have a level of quality that we’re looking for. I don’t think this property was ever at that level. Right now the entire property is very tired and worn. The ice and soda machine on our floor was in operable. The bathroom layout is not what you normally see anymore more. They had removed the carpeting in the bedroom area and put vinyl tile. It’s very cold to the feet. The bed noticeably sloped toward the center. The cleanliness was lacking. There actually was stinky pee in the toilet in our room upon check in and behind the toilet were dust balls. The bathtub was not totally clean. The selection of food at breakfast was very disappointing. There was no fresh fruit or even peanut butter.

Hole in bathroom door. No hand towels. Smoke odor throughout. Front desk staff, was friendly, only acceptable breakfast food was the make your own waffle.
