Friendly service, but no frills. Conveniently located across the street from a Walgreens and walking distance from plenty of restaurants. Short walk from Downtown Kalamazoo. The free breakfast is terrible, though, even for a free breakfast: limited options, fake eggs, and they ran out of bagels and coffee the second morning we were there :-( Still gave it a 4 star rating, because I was grateful for clean beds, clean room, and everything was working.

No coffee pot, TV would not work. Smoke detector battery cover missing. Car parked outside my window playing loud music till 1:30 in the morning along with loud talking and yelling. Morning coffee gone by 9:15. Key card stopped working and had to be renewed.
