Lovely room overlooking the monasteries

Pros: Location, ease
Location: The monasteries are worth the trip from anywhere!
Kalambaka is filled with services for people visiting the monasteries. Alsos House was centrally located (once we found it:)), with a lovely view. It was off-season and we got an upgrade for a small price increase, so had a kitchen and living room and balconies and a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was included. It was basic, but had plenty of coffee and saved us having to find a place. I would stay here again.
