Loved the location and the Health Club. Three outdoor hot pools slope side were the best! The front desk staff were not extremely helpful. We had to ask three times for directions to the underground parking. There were issues with room housekeeping.

We are also happy to see you pampered yourself with a relaxing soak in the hot tubs. However, we are saddened to hear you were unhappy with the reception teams instructions to access the parkade. As well, we would have welcomed feedback during your visit for any disappointments regarding the housekeeping service. Hopefully these lapses do not place us in your permanent disfavour and we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to Sun Peaks Grand again soon.

Nice hotel in the middle of the village

Pros: Location
Location: In a ski area with good alpine hiking.
Good location with nice pool area. Unfortunately the village was not very active as the season was mostly over. Their last music festival ease the previous weekend. Many restaurants and shops were closed. The hotel had a good restaurant.
