"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us navigate a late check-in and provided us with new and clean extra blankets when nights got colder in Dec. The room was very clean and provided everything we needed, as we ate out mostly. It's centrally located in the heart of town, but pretty quite except New Years eve, as it was a great viewing point for all of the local fireworks shows. We loved Waimea as a location to stay in general. We wanted to visit Hilo and Volcano as well as be able to fly into Kona for a non-stop flight. "

"Thus facility is incredible, very relaxing and a wonderful experience. Walkable terrain gave us a wonderful morning walk each day. An afternoon by the pool and time at the private beach was incredible. This is one of the best stations at the Big Island!"
