No carts available. Which limited my abiĺity to get to any activities going on that weekend. Or to drive around the property. Without transportation there was nothing to do.Found the weekend boring.

Beautiful property. I was truly amazed by this property. Lots of trees, ponds, plenty of space to walk and explore. I am a solo traveler and felt very safe here. This will be absolute stay next time.

After hour check in while possible was frustrating at best as the 24/7 manned front desk the resort boasts about was non existent. The cabin was littered in trash and creepy crawlies that literally woke us from sleep to shake off our person and sheets (that we brought ourselves as they were not included with the cabin). The lawn chairs were broken and unusable. No bathroom or water inside cabin. A spigot with cold water was outside next to our designated fire pit. At the shower house near by only 1 extremely narrow shower stall had running cold water...no hot water accessible unless going off campsite to the shower houses spaced randomly in other areas. The entire staff (minus a friendly smile baring lawn man on a golfcart) was completely unprofessional, discourteous, rude, unwelcoming, unsympathetic, overweight, loud, overly dramatic and overly enthusiastic to tac on additional fees for an unexpected late checkout...funny how a missing or stolen room key =$10 fee and a late returned room key=$15 fee...of which paying with cash was not happily accepted...they wished instead to charge my reservation credit card...no doubt to continue charging it for whatever alleged "damages" the "housekeepers" could untruthfully devise. The front desk female was unbelievably loud, condescending, belittling, arrogant, boisterous and RUDE. She treated us very poorly in front of other staff, store customers, and guests both over the phone & in person. We wont return here.
