We had called and asked for a handicap room. They said okay but when we arrived they did not have a room. Then they said they had one but only for one night. We were told we would have to move to another room after one night. Our stay was two nights.

Staff was nice, but struggled with all aspects of the check-in process. We had to come down TWICE to get into our correct rooms. The elevator was truly scary! Our room was stale-Smokey even though the hotel was nonsmoking. The walls were seriously paper thin as we heard the room next door’s tv all night. Workers started painting in the hallway early in the morning and the painters were VERY LOUD! Not a great experience 😕

The room smelled a bit musty as did the hallways. Just seems to need some air freshening. Staff was pleasant but could've been more friendly. They just seemed like they were all kind of sullen. Breakfast was good.

The property itself was adequate. The associate who checked us in struggled with our request to leave a key for a guest that was joining us later in the day. When this guest arrived, the associate had no recollection of what we had arranged. We had to leave a rehearsal dinner to allow for our guest to gain access to our room.
