We arrived at our room to find a disheveled looking man in our bathroom, he said he was delivering shampoos and soaps. He had no i.d. or badge connecting him to hotel staff and I ran him out. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor, hairs on the ripped up towels that were hanging, missing light bulbs, the carpet was filthy, and there was filth on the bedding as well. When I went to the front desk to mention all of this, the manager immediately accused me of lying and grew hostile, never once apologizing or going to check it for himself. He eventually called in the maids, who lived in a room at the motel and after they walked through my room, they admitted they may have overlooked my room. Still the manager/owner was hostile towards me and stuck to his position that I was lying or had dirtied the room up myself. I could not believe the unprofessional demeanor and lack of any remorse on the manager's end. The housekeeping finally offered me an apology but the mangager/owner never did. He refused to give me a refund as well and there was no way I was staying there after all that so I was just out the money. I took pictures of everything wrong with the room and will be sending them on to Wyndham but I have little expectations that they will do anything about it. Protect your money, sanity and safety by staying anywhere but here!

This property is in a very rough neighborhood and one of the beds was broken we didn’t have a remote for the tv There was no mirror in the bathroom and there’s wires exposed where a light used to be and in 2 line fixtures there were bulbs missing Terrible experience

The room wasn’t dirty but was in terrible condition. Lights didn’t work, no dead bolt and judging by the part of town it was needed. Walls were cracked and stained.

Pros: Hotel search on Travelocity
Cons: Fix and repair things! Staff should stay visible.
Location: Location was mid-way between the Royals stadium and downtown, and very easy to get to both.
The location of this hotel, and the fact that it served breakfast, was appealing to us. However it was very disappointing. The rooms were in poor shape, although did appear clean. There were no towels in the bathroom. Even with the air conditioning turned up high, the room felt damp. Breakfast was poor, not even a tea bag for this tea drinker, which should be a given, just as coffee is. I was in the lobby reading a book during breakfast and never even saw an employee. We went to a nearby McDonald's to eat.

the staff was very helpful

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: no refridgerator
We had two rooms, my nephew's room had some evidence of damage. There was no refridgerator in the rooms. Other than that, it was conveniently located and the beds were comfortable. I would stay there again
