Booked a room that included a pull out bed to sleep six. Room had a small kitchenette. But... the mattress in the pull out was barely over a twin and probably 30 years old. I think there was mold on it, as well. No bedding was provided in the room. Went and asked the staff for it. Was given sheets and a blanket, asked for pillows and was told they only had one available. One extra pillow in the whole hotel? Also, there were no dishes or cups in the room at all. Not even disposable ones to use when brushing your teeth. I know traveling during covid has changed things, but this seemed ridiculous. The staff was friendly enough. But, they were all dressed very casually. One was wearing jogging pants and had her dog following her around as she worked. It was rather strange. Besides the pull out, the room was clean. The lobby was clean too. I am just glad we were only staying one night.

Our room was on the ground floor and the door lock was broken. The window locks were broken. And the shower was also broken. And that was in their words “an upgraded room”. Lastly I was Told my price wouldn’t change and it went up $20 and now have to wait 5-10 business days for my return. Just sloppy and not caring.

Good room, nice location.

Pros: Good location. Easy to get to.
Cons: The handicap shower that let water get the whole bathroom floor wet,
Location: Good location for the reason we stayed in Kansas City. We were not that interested in other nearby activities.
We had a handicap room because we needed 2 double beds and that was all that was available. The handicap shower did not have a ledge and the water from the shower crept out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. Other than that. the room was OK.

Tiffany springs.....

Pros: Location to shopping
Cons: Appliances were a bit loud and dated
Location: Close to KC, Overland Park
CleN room, friendly staff, good location. I'll stay there again when I'm in town.

sketchy and far away from anything

The hotel was a $50 cab ride to any place worth going. There was one place to get food in the area. The hotel is "extended stay" so there were a lot of people linving there long term. I had one guy knock on my door asking for some one who had stayed in that room before me. broken down cars in the parking lot. over all you get what you pay for. i would recommend it for people who have a car and are only planning on sleeping there because its cheap. i didnt have a car so it was a terrible experience being out in the middle of no where and not able to leave. If I go to KC again i will be staying in the city... My training was out this way, thats why i stayed so far from the city.

NEVER AGAIN!!

WE STAYED 1 NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT THE NEXT MORNING. THERE WAS BLOOD IN THE BATHROOM FLOOR. THE NON-SMOKING ROOM WAS ON THE ""SMOKING FLOOR"". GUESS WHAT OUR ROOM SMELLED LIKE. CIGARETTE HOLES IN THE COMFORTER. INTERNET SAID CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. NOTTTT! THEY QUIT SERVING BREAKFAST BACK IN FEBUARY SAYS THE MANAGER. THEY WERE RUDE AND GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT REFUNDING THE $* WE PAID TO HAVE FRESH TOWELS AND 2 DAYS OF MAID SERVICE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WAS OUR WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A HOTEL EVER! SO SAD THAT WE HAD TO CHECK OUT AND PAY ANOTHER $* FOR A DECENT HOTEL STAY.

Fix that smell!

This hotel smelled like a nursing home! It's a shame because the room was great and a great price! Room was a small suite, nice setup for families or business travelers.
