VERY UGLY (personality), So-called (White Female) Manager. Extremely RUDE!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! No people skills whatsoever!!! There's NO WAY this UGLY person ever received any managerial training...EVER!!! NO organization should EVER allow this HATEFUL, UGLY person to work ANYWHERE involving hospitality!!! This person should be terminated IMMEDIATELY, & replaced by a young, new trainee...with NO EXPERIENCE!!! The new trainee is better suited for the position as "Manager"...than this UGLY person who is not worthy enough to be considered a human being.

Hallway and room had an odor. Vinyl floor appeared to be clean but was sticky. Policy shows quiet hours after 10 pm. Was awakened by loud music around 1 - 2 am both nights. Bad enough on Friday night to call the front desk.

When I got there they did not have my room. They said they didn't have any clean rooms. I paid in advance for the room. Last minute she found one but the sheets where not clean. Looks like they just straighten it up.

They didn’t have any towels when I needed them, the first room stank, the second room was dirty. The staff was great and accommodating though. They didn’t have ice, or food, the kitchenette was very outdated. There was not utensils in the kitchenettes.

I never did get a check and you told me that my reservation was confirmed and I even called ahead to reconfirm even though you told me I didn’t have to do that and yet when I arrived at the property before their state a check and cut off I was told that my room is been sold to someone else and I was on my own! when I protested they told me that overbooking was routine ! when I insisted they find me another room they said there were no rooms available in their sister properties. when I told them I wasn’t leaving the front desk until they found me a room they found me a room in another hotel at three times the price ! They assured me that the manager would call me in the morning to talk to me about giving me some sort of an allowance for the increase in price but of course the manager never called even though I called four times and no one answered their telephone! I expect that someone from Travelocity will contact me to make me hold for the loss that I suffered! as it was I didn’t get checked into the Alton hotel room until ten minutes of two a.m. ! !!! This is out rages and Travelocity had better do something about it!
