This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Took pictures. Posting them on Facebook. I came in on crutches and asked for a extra pillow and was told I could not have one. People in the hallways running between rooms smoking marijuana. Screaming banging on doors. Unbelievably when I expressed my concerns to the manager and told him I will be calling corporate, he just said ok. WOW

Well we weren’t expecting a whole lot from a budget motel like this but we were not expecting furniture that thrift stores wouldn’t even sell because it was so scratched up. WiFi was spotty. Water not very hot at times. We won’t be back.

Don’t know why but I was given the handicapped room on the 3rd floor. It was located directly in the middle of the floor. Not even close to the elevators. Most of the lights cords were so twisted that they didn’t work plugged in. Found nasty wadded up tissues and candy wrappers behind the bed side table where the outlet was to connect the screwed up lights. Staff didn’t seem to care about anything. They couldn’t answer any questions I asked about whether I was paying extra for a non-smoking handicapped room. When I requested online a normal smoking room for 1

Decent location. Bathtub was extremely dirty. Bathtub was clogged. No plastic cups in rooms (first for me and I travel 5 days a week) Breakfast was horrible compared to the picture in the elevator. Day and night difference. Used towel in the bathroom when I arrived. Hairs in the bathtub. Absolutely disgusting. Please have some respect and class for your paying customers.

The first slick road of the winter and cars going off the road everywhere so we were stressed when we arrived at about 2 when check in wasn't until 3 but no problem, we checked in and then met daughter and granddaughter for the lunch we missed. couldn't ask for a better stay, the motel daughter and granddaughter stayed at where they had paid extra for swimming pool that was closed, towels missing that were to be delivered never arrived, etc. was not so nice. Its not just lucked out, its what chain you can depend on, thank you for having a motel that is first class at a price everyone can afford

Smoky not Smoke Free

The man at the front desk was nice and greeted me in a professional manner. The room was horrible. It smelled like smoke and felt very stuffy. The bathroom also smelled like smoke. The refrigerator had stains on the door. The carpet and curtains were dusty. Walls were dirty. The rod that supported the curtains that hid the closet was dangling from the ceiling. The comforter was either a size too big or the bed was not properly made. It looked like a room from a cheap motel. This was the dirtiest hotel room I've ever rented. The pictures on the website do not represent the room that I rented. Very dissatisfied.

this Place IS A Complete JOKE

The air unit in the room didn't work sounded like a Airplane taking off the room stunk was downgraded from a non smoking KIng Room to A Smoking Queen room the carpets were dirty the entire place was dirty the phone in the room didn't work to call and complain DO NOT STAY HERE THE BATES MOTEL IS BETTER !!!

Terrible place to stay

Our room was ready since 8 am. And we got a attitude from the front end guy saying we weren't allowed to check in till 3 pm. Within an hour of getting checked in place gets robbed. No calls to the room saying stay in the room. Or what's going on. Then when I call they give me a attitude lie about what happened and never call saying if it's safe to come out. Rooms where decently clean the housekeeping lady on her phone the hole time. Cigarette buds on the stair way. Dirty towel in the stait way. Cups n plates outside the door and 3rd floor reeked of cigarettes.

Hard beds. Noisy.

Cons: Nothing close, Noisy, no breakfast
The beds were very hard and there was poor noise insulation. People walking on the floor above sounded like a herd of elephants. Lots of creaking noises in the building. Paint peeling in bathroom.
