Good stay

Pros: Free cookies at check-in!
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: It is near the airport which would be convenient if you have a flight.
We checked in and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, the bed was nice. We thought that the room was clean and well-appointed.

The hotel staff were very nice, friendly, and attentive. They responded immediately to our needs and were very accommodating. The breakfast was a good assortment of food/drinks and the breakfast area was very clean.

No points , tiny bed, dingy room

Pros: Kind staff
Cons: Room decor
Because we booked thru Travelocity, we were told we could not be given our two nights priority club points nor would they address our dissatisfaction with the room because it was booked thru Travelocity.

Overall great experience!!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This was a very nice hotel, friendly staff, complimentary coffee/hot tea/hot chocolate! Very, very nice! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay by the airport!

Does not measure up to a typical Hampton.

I have never written a review before, but this one needs written. The front desk tried to put us into a different type of room that what we had clearly booked and confirmed. Their response was, "Oh, you used Travel Agency, they just book whatever." The hotel is under construction with construction workers hanging around, it would have been nice to know. Secondary side entrance was unlocked and didn't require use of the key card to enter. That is uncomfortable traveling with our teen girls. The entire first floor, where they initially tried to put us, is a smoking floor. The entire lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. We smelled like cigarettes by the time we got the rooms straightened out. Our "king suite" was hardly a suite. It was a tiny room with a king size bed and a love seat crammed into it. The space between the end of the bed and the small chest left barely enough walking room for one person to get through. There was no closet. The bathroom had room for one person to stand in it. No outside vanity/mirror. No vent in the tiny bath. At breakfast, with an hour of time remaining, staff was complaining audibly that "they're cleaning me out," obviously not prepared for the baseball team that had booked the hotel to eat breakfast. (Don't book the rooms and accept payment if you can't provide what you advertise.) We travel all the time and mostly stay in Hampton Inns. They are usually so clean and spacious and the suites are truly roomy suites.

Great Buy

The hotel was nice, clean, very accomodating staff. I chose the hotel based on others reviews and found them to be true - a great buy for the money. A nice place to stay.
