Travelocity did not forward the booking information and we had no room reserved when we arrived. Locals did give us a room but charged us for it as did Travelocity who has not refunded the charges they said they would do.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and filling, beds were comfortable and rooms were soundproof. Only complaint was the the toilet area was not properly cleaned. The base of the toilet where the screws are at, had urine. I could tell the space behind the toilet, between the toilet and the wall, hasn't been touched in awhile.

Friendly staff. Very quiet hotel. No buffet breakfast, but they did have bags made up of breakfast items.

Very nice room, check in was immediate... don't think it took 5 seconds, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, fresh coffee and water always available.

Pros: location
Good location, hotel is under remodel so will be better but our tv didnt work in room and hotel staff basically said deal with it. Bed was old and lumpy but I am sure they will be replacing them during remodel.

Conveniently located

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
We had a very nice stay. The breakfast was ample, the staff quite friendly and the location could not have been better. And if we did not wish to use a car we could very easily walk to the movie theatre or to a restaurant.
