The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Toilet barely flushed after several tries. Reported this and was told by the "sales manager" that this is how all toilets are in this area. No ceramic top on the toilet. Looks like it was a nice place and has not been kept up with. Needs new couches too.

Furnishings were very plain and the bed was absolute the worst I’ve ever slept on. Cheap motel 6 beds are better

This hotel property needs some TLC, its run down and seems to be going down hill at a rapid rate. I have stayed at this property a bout 3 times, I won't stay there again. This Hotel has several buildings with rooms in each building,, each building has an elevator because they are three story buildings. The elevators are always dirty, also the walkways in each of the buildings are always trashy looking and creepy. The bathrooms all seem a little suspect to me. The grounds of the hotel are overgrown, This could be a nice hotel, but management or owners do not seem to care. The positives about this Hotel are the staff, I have found that every time I have stayed there the staff has always been friendly and hospitable, our bed has always appeared to be clean and fresh.

I liked the set up this property however it was EXTREMELY is disrepair. It’s like something breaks and they don’t want to spend the money to fix it so they just leave it there. Broken window in kitchen was just taped back together, the screen door was nailed shut because the screen door was broken and it was still hanging there. There was a crack under the screen door about the size of an inch that bugs were crawling through. Lights broken just randomly still laying in the yard. The thermostat was broken and set at what appeared to be 60 degrees. The walls were not clean at all. The carbon monoxide alarm was beeping because it needed its battery replaced. I called the front desk to replace it and I never got to speak to a real person, so I gave up and just unplugged it. House keeping knocked on our door at 9 am and the 10 even though we had requested a late checkout the night before. I could go on and on! I wish we had just asked for a refund and left but most of the hotels in town were already booked due to a Baseball game. At $153 a pop it is a total rip off! I’d maybe pay $60 a night and ignore the problems. PEOPLE STOP PAYING THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE TO STAY THERE!! I wish I had listened to the reviews. The bed wasn’t even comfortable. NEVER will I stay here again.

Is getting run down. Lots of small things broke or need addressed in the room. Tried to take the kids swimming but awkward as adults were using hot tub to make a video?!?!

We had a quick one night stay for a weekend getaway. The room was alright, it was pretty warn. The pool was nice, but there were very unclear instructions how to get into it. Only one gate was open and there were no signs on which one was open. We had to circle the entire property to get in. Breakfast was basic, pretty bland. We've stayed at better properties for similar prices in this area.

Just needs a little more tlc on the outside and in the entry ways to the rooms. Looks like they are possibly renovating a bit but the room was very comfortable and clean. Great location.
