I got to the hotel, and even though I had the confirmation number from Travelocity on my email the hotel staff said that that was not the correct confirmation number. I was not able to get a hold of a live body at Travelocity. So I wound up going down the street and staying at the super eight that I won’t be paying more money for that headache been able to use the original reservation at the Hilton Kansas City airport.Very disappointed in the hotel, Travelocity and anybody else involved in this transaction I will be disputing it on my credit card and I will not use Travelocity again or ever attempt to stay at the Hilton Kansas City airport again.

We got there on Monday and went to get ice, and the trash can there was floated with garbage even in the floor. We checked out on Thursday and the trash was the same. The room wasn’t the cleanest but with covid we always have alcohol so we wiped everything!

Super disappointed in this hotel. The lobby and entrace seem so grand and luxurious but the rooms lack major house keeping . We had used bathroom toilet marks in our bathroom apon arrival. Found dirty socks in the corner of the room and used hair ties, which clearly was a sign they dient vacuum the room. Our bathroom floor kept getting wet easily and I shook it off as the shower curtain must not have retained water well. Until 11pm i woke to use the rest room and while washing my hands i physically saw the toilet leaking and spraying out the side. Disgusting! We called down to lobby righr after to report the problem and compain and the staff asked if we wanted maintenance to come up. This hotel was a major let down. Has lots of potential, but the cleanliness was not there for me. Ive har cleaner stays at more budget style hotels.
