Front desk staff was friendly. Booked this particular hotel for the indoor pool for our kids, but it was closed during our entire stay. Extremely disappointed. Restaurant service was extremely slow, but the food was great. Rooms are ok—older, so the rooms definitely show their age in terms of cracked ceilings, etc.

I got to the hotel, and even though I had the confirmation number from Travelocity on my email the hotel staff said that that was not the correct confirmation number. I was not able to get a hold of a live body at Travelocity. So I wound up going down the street and staying at the super eight that I won’t be paying more money for that headache been able to use the original reservation at the Hilton Kansas City airport.Very disappointed in the hotel, Travelocity and anybody else involved in this transaction I will be disputing it on my credit card and I will not use Travelocity again or ever attempt to stay at the Hilton Kansas City airport again.
