Thanks for your feedback. Our goal is to offer the best overall value on the Country Club Plaza. Our rates are usually lower than others in the very popular area of town. We also include free parking, free high speed wifi, and a complimentary local shuttle- which many of the other area hotels charge additional nightly fees to access.

The underground, heated garage was awesome as I arrived with a polar blast. Traveling with a dog, the long interior hallways were nice for walking and room service was a plus as it was too cold to consider an outdoor cafe. The room was getting a bit long in the tooth and could have used new linens and cleaner bathroom tiles and counters. The woman at the front desk was as cold as the weather. Might I suggest a robot!

The heated garage is a great surprise for many of our guests. You drive in with snow and ice and it's all gone when you come back to your car- and it's nice and toasty! We apologize for your experience with our staff member- normally we get glowing compliments about how friendly and helpful they are. At the hotel Christian was so polite due to she was working by herself she remained calm and made sure all guest wete checked in a professional manner.... She is a Awesome Asset to the Holiday Inn Family

First room had clogged drain. Moved to another room which had horribly stained furniture and carpet. Thermostat not functional. Had temp set as low as 50 and room temp never got below 74. Will not stay at Holiday Inn again!

It's a great location where it's near to restaurants and shopping. It's free for parking and even great when it's underground covered parking garage. The staffs are very welcoming and very good service at the check in counter. The free shuttle service covers 3 miles from the hotel.

Very convenient to plaza & our favorite restaurants. Great staff. Had a lot of trouble from next door guests, very loud & rowdy. Security warned them twice etc. finally threatened to call police at appx 1a.m. and kick them out. That worked. Hotel is crediting one night of our stay. Can't fault hotel for red neck guests .

Alright For a Night

We had a broken AC unit and a power outage the following night so we slept in a room that was about 80 degrees for all of our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, but only so much they can do. There were also no emergency lights in some parts of the hotel, so god help anyone who gets stuck down there if the power goes out. The walls in the room were in need of a good cleaning, and the pullout bed was practically on top of the queen bed. The pool here is great and the restaurant is nice. Convenient location in walking distance to lots of great BBQ. The Art Museum across the street was also great.

We are so sorry that the storm cut power to our hotel and several others in the area during your stay. We understand how frustrating it would be trying to sleep in an 80 degree room. We thank you for being so understanding as there was literally nothing we could do while the power was out. Our emergency generator should have kept lighting in all areas of the hotel. gem in the middle of the city

Pros: Clean , quiet location close to attractions.
Cons: Timely check in
Location: Dining, shopping, museums, historic buildings.
We went for liesure weekend get away. Many resturants and museums and shopping near by. We loved the shuttle service. We parked our car in the covered garage and did not move it till we checked out. The pool was lovely and quiet and clean. My second stay here and will return. Though our room was not ready at check in the staff worked extremely hard to make us comfortalbe till it was ready , which did not take long. LK from rural NE

Okay Hotel

Pros: Spacious rooms and the shuttle is very handy.
Cons: Complimentary breakfast and larger parking spaces in the parking garage.
Location: Shopping at the plaza and Power & Light district!
The couple in the room next to us was screaming at each other all night. After complaining to the front desk, security came up and they still continued but then turned on a blow dryer to try and mask the yelling.
