Thanks for your feedback. Our goal is to offer the best overall value on the Country Club Plaza. Our rates are usually lower than others in the very popular area of town. We also include free parking, free high speed wifi, and a complimentary local shuttle- which many of the other area hotels charge additional nightly fees to access.

The heated garage is a great surprise for many of our guests. You drive in with snow and ice and it's all gone when you come back to your car- and it's nice and toasty! We apologize for your experience with our staff member- normally we get glowing compliments about how friendly and helpful they are. We are so sorry that the storm cut power to our hotel and several others in the area during your stay. We understand how frustrating it would be trying to sleep in an 80 degree room. We thank you for being so understanding as there was literally nothing we could do while the power was out. Our emergency generator should have kept lighting in all areas of the hotel. Please accept our apology for the disturbance caused by others in the hotel. We understand how frustrating that is to have noisy neighbors and our staff is here to help resolve these issues. Unfortunately we can not have someone constantly monitor certain rooms and we need your help to let us know that the disturbance starts again. With that information we can take more action to eliminate these problems. Again, our sincere apology for a less than happy stay.
