Overbooked til front desk got a cancellation. The motel needs a complete update!!!

Dirty. Crack hotel. Carpets look like the hadn't been cleaned since he 90s. The tub were filthy, bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. Beds were rock hard with bedding from the 90s. Air conditioner barely worked and made an obnoxiously loud sound. Only up factor was there wasn't bugs.

This property is unsafe, has people attempting to get into your room at night, the front desk staff is never there and you have to call to ask them to arrive, the rooms all smell like smoke or weed. They advertise free breakfast, and airport transportation on the travelocity.com, but when you arrive they have signs posted saying they don't offer it. One person even waited 2 hours and the front desk staff still did not arrive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Travelocity lied about the shuttle. There is no shuttle

It was close to the airport, which was convenient. The staff was incredibly rude, the “shuttle” driver drove in an unsafe and reckless manner, also smelled like cigarette smoke, the facilities are run down.

KCI has a great location , good front desk clean room . The smoke smell in halls was bad . The shower water pressure is a mere drip . The water pressure was awful ! It was useless .

The bed has hairs and other things in the sheets. The building smelled like smoke. I did not stay here and bought a second hotel room from another hotel.
