Things have changed since the last visit to this hotel. I had booked the hotel for the same day and for some reason, Expedia had recorded the date in the future. So the front desk lady told me to call Expedia because there is nothing she could do about it. Even though I had already paid for my room she still wouldn't give it to me. So I had to get BACK on expedia and pay and EXTRA charge for the room I had already paid for. AND to top it all off they asked me for an ADDITIONAL $20 deposit for the room that will not be refunded for another 5 days! The ONLY reason we chose to rent this particular hotel was for the swimming pool that was actually CLOSED...would have been nice to know this before I invested so much money. Not a happy customer over here!
