Sorry that you were not comfortable. We are in the process of a full remodel; however, we keep getting pushed back due to the shortage of employees nationwide. The staff has been painting and trying our best to freshen it up in the meantime, but unfortunately our efforts are not a speedy process either. First off they asked for a 100.00 deposit that I will get back the next day. Second when we got to the room there were dirty towels, a used razor, soap, and drinks in the room. It looked like someone had just been in there to shower and left. It was nasty and dirty. I would never stay there again and I would have left right then but it was getting late and we needed rest. It made us feel like there is more going on there then just a hotel.

The whole place looked run down and dirty. Our room was terrible. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from the people before. The shower had clumps of hair all over it and the shower head and faucet were falling off the wall. It was so gross my husband and I refused to shower there. The mini fridge in the room had a dirty old towel shoved into the bottom of it and was leaking all over the floor. When we wiped up the water the towel turned black. The sheets had stains all over them.The staff were fine in the short interactions we had with them. We just wanted to get out of their as fast as possible.

Would never stay at this property again. Staff was OK since they had nothing to work with. My room did not have a TV remote or a refrigerator, The bath tub had black stuff in it due to the tub draining slow. Carpet was pulling up and the A/C did not work properly. I asked for a different room but it was worse so I went back. When i tried to take a shower there was no hot water. I stayed 2 nights but it was a terrible to nights. I could hear the neighbors and there was a person living in a car near the side entrance, I reported it to the desk clerk who didn't even know about it. I also reported the slow draining in the shower but nothing was done. If I could give it a minus 10 I would.

Well, we didn't die. Check in was fine. They picture a courtyard and gazebo, but we couldn't get to them due to the doors being locked (I tried multiple doors). I have 2 boys (age 11 & 9) and so I had planned on utilizing the pool to kill some time and we were all sorely disappointed to walk around to the pool to find it was "under construction". If you're carb loading for an extensive physical adventure this breakfast would've been for you. Waffles, all of sliced bread's cousins, biscuits and gravy, and yogurt was the breakfast line up. We had cereal the first morning we stayed but my boys opted to have bagged salad for breakfast the next morning. The beds were comfortable enough to sleep and the place was quiet.

I stayed for only two nights, and was repeatedly given key cards to my room that either didn't work or only worked once. By the time that I checked out, I was on my 9th card.
