Check in was great. After that it was certainly mediocre at best. We arrived Wednesday evening and freshen up so Thursday morning after a late breakfast I asked for additional towels and washcloths as I thought housekeeping staff had not yet been to our room. I was informed that housekeepers had Thanksgiving day off. Ok. That’s good. Friday morning we leave for the day and upon our return about 8 pm, we find our bed has not been made (I can live with that) and NO CLEAN TOWELS!! So back down to the lobby to ask for some and I mention that I didn’t realize housekeepers had Friday off. Desk clerk informed me housekeepers come in the morning, clean the rooms and are gone by 5 pm! I then informed him they had NOT cleaned our room, hence my request for clean towels. The carpet in our room had a huge dirty spot next to the easy chair that looked like someone had changed the oil in their car there. The desk chair was in poor condition. The “pleather” was peeling and not just a bit. The heater only blew hot air if the thermostat was set above 70 degrees and heat THEN turned off for at least 15 minutes before turning it back on. Otherwise it blows cold air. We finally figured it out and left the thermostat set on 73 our last night so we wouldn’t be cold! This is not what we expected from this facility as we have stayed there before and found it adequate. We most likely will not stay there again.

With Covid 19 restrictions and regulations in place we are doing our best with what limited staff we have available. Also working to keep from cross contamination with less service contact. We hope to have a chance to serve you as a guest again in the future.

The hotel itself is quite dated and both the pool and fitness center not available. Lots of creepy people in parking area at night

Not clean, smelled horrible, and didn't feel that the locks were secure. I was informed that one door to the outside was never locked.

Outside the property is sketchy. A lot of homeless people hanging out and sleeping. I definitely didn’t feel safe walking outside at night. In side is really nice except the beds are super uncomfortable! Besides that it wasn’t bad

The doors to enter to the rooms were locked. Not even using the keys would open them. The hall way and rooms had a cigarettes smell. The room was not clean enough.

The rooms was very musty smelling we had to hang an air freshener! Our toliet clogged the very first time we used it! For the price of the room I guess I expected a little better!
