I rented this room with one goal only- to sleep! And that was prevented by noisy neighbors (practicing for their honeymoon?) then two phone calls at 3:30am saying nothing and then people started getting up and talking loudly in the hall as they passed my room. I had traveled all day and needed to travel all day the next day. I checked out beyond exhausted and afraid of falling asleep at the wheel. Enjoyed my last visit here and hoping it was just a fluke.

When we arrived at midnight, no one was at the desk. We ran the bell a few times and after :10 or so someone showed up. Got in the elevator to find trash on the floor. Opened the door to our room and the smell of cigarettes was terrible. Could not even walk in the room so we went back and got another room. Bed was comfortable and room was ok.

The shower had nasty hair balls all over it. Clearly the cleaning is not up to par! Breakfast was put away early and the second floor had a foul smell. Also there was likely some remodeling work going on but th work was incomplete and not blocked off

Pros: It was clean, no funky smells in the carpets. Bed was comfortable. Fairly quiet, except for directly outside the door. Room was a little small, but we were just sleeping there, so it worked. Hot breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, coffee, juice and more. Small microwave, refrigerator, one-cup coffee pot, hair dryer and an iron in the room. They have 3 floors and an elevator, which was nice after several trips up and down the stairs and twisting my knee just before checkout. Cons: Parking is a big issue - not enough adequate parking for guests and paid airport parking. Didn't find an ice machine at the property. Hot water in the shower - Saturday hardly any, Sunday perfectly fine; it probably depends on the timing of your shower as to how much hot water is left to use. And finally, I am not sure if the check-in/check-out gal knew how to smile or not.

I was beyond happy to get checked in several hours early ... lady at the desk in the morning/afternoon was very nice. Was surprised with the temps being near the 90s that the outdoor pool was closed already. Hallways were hot and musty. The shuttle was not free. We got a Queen room, it was extremely small. Shower only, no tub, and nowhere to put your toiletries while u shower. The toilet felt like it was going to fall over every time you sat on it. I found someone’s fake eyelashes beside the bed...clearly it wasn’t vacuumed well. The room was extremely dusty. Our remote was shattered and the back didn’t stay on. Around four the next day we found out our keys didn’t work to get in (we were staying three nights) waited 30 minutes to get them programmed, should have two clerks working around check in time, so that we didn’t have to stand there that long for something that took 20 seconds. Ice machine on 3rd floor was out of service.
